Privacy Policy

I.Basic provisions

  1. The Controller of personal data pursuant to art. 4 point 7 of
    Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council
    on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of
    personal data and on the free movement of such data (‘GDPR‘) is 05375291 established in Čechova 933/35, CZ-289 22 Lysá nad Labem (‘the controller‘),

  3. Personal
    data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament
    and of the Council 2016/6792016/679 on the protection of individuals
    with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement
    of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (gdpr) means all
    information on an identified or identifiable natural person

II.Sources and purpose of processing personal data

  1. The Controller processes personal data that you have provided to
    him or personal data that the controller has obtained on the basis of
    the performance of your order.
  2. The Controller processes your identification and contact data and the data necessary for the performance of the contract
  3. The
    controller processes personal data on the basis of a legitimate reason
    or legitimate interest, the purpose of which is the performance of the
    contract.
  4. The legal reason for the processing of personal data
    is the performance of the contract between you and the controller
    pursuant to Art. 6 (a) In this area, the commission shall, in the (b)
    GDPR.
  5. The purpose of processing personal data is to process your
    order and to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the
    contractual relationship between you and the controller; when ordering,
    personal data are required, which are necessary for successful execution
    of the order (name and address, contact), provision of personal data is
    a necessary requirement for conclusion and performance of the contract,
    without the provision of personal data it is not possible to conclude
    the contract or perform it by the administrator.

III.Retention period

  1. The Controller retains personal data for the period necessary
    for the exercise of the rights and obligations arising from the
    contractual relationship between you and the controller and the exercise
    of claims arising from these contractual relations.
  2. When the personal data retention period expires, the controller clears the personal data.

IV. Recipients of personal data (subcontractors)

  1. The recipients of personal data are persons:
    • involved in the delivery of goods/services/implementation of payments under contract,
    • providing
      services of operation of the e-shop (web presentation) and other
      services in connection with the operation of the e-shop (web
      presentation), i.e.ZONER software, a.s., the operator of CZECHIA.COM and the provider of domain administrator.
  2. The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (a non-EU country) or an international organisation.

V.Your rights

  1. Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you
    • the right of access to their personal data pursuant to Article 11 of Directive 91/414/EEC; 15 GDPR,
    • the right to rectify personal data pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR, or restriction of processing pursuant to art. 18 GDPR,
    • the right to the erasure of personal data pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR,
    • the right to object to processing pursuant to Article 11 of Directive 91/414/EEC; 21 GDPR and
    • the right to data portability pursuant to Article 11 of Directive 91/414/EEC; 20 GDPR,
    • the
      right to withdraw consent to the processing in writing or
      electronically to the address or email of the controller referred to in
      Article 11; In this way, the commission shall inform the Commission of
      the results of the II. of these conditions.
  2. You also
    have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data
    protection if you believe that your right to the protection of personal
    data has been infringed.

VI. Privacy Policy

  1. The Controller declares that he has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.
  2. The controller has taken technical measures to secure data storage and personal data repositories in paper form.
  3. The administrator declares that the personal data can only be accessed by authorised persons.

VII. Final provisions

  1. By submitting your order from the online order form, you confirm
    that you are familiar with the privacy policy and that you accept it in
    its entirety.
  2. You agree to these terms by checking your consent
    via the Internet form. By ticking your consent, you acknowledge that
    you are familiar with the terms of the privacy policy and that you
    accept it in its entirety.
  3. The administrator is entitled to
    change these terms. It will publish a new version of the Privacy Policy
    on its website and at the same time send you a new version of these
    terms and conditions to your e-mail address provided to the controller.

These conditions shall take effect on September 15. 2020.
